This notice describes the current Waiverlord website and Season Pass flow. It is a product disclosure, not a substitute for legal advice.
WHAT WAIVERLORD COLLECTS
When you buy or restore a Season Pass, Waiverlord processes the email address you provide and purchase or subscription status needed to grant access. Payment details are handled by Stripe; Waiverlord does not need to store your full card number.
ESSENTIAL ACCESS COOKIE
Waiverlord uses a secure first-party subscriber cookie to keep a verified purchaser signed in. It is marked Secure, HttpOnly and SameSite=Lax and is required for protected Season Pass tools to work.
OPTIONAL ANALYTICS
Site analytics and performance measurement are optional. Waiverlord does not load those analytics components until you choose ALLOW ANALYTICS. Choosing ESSENTIAL ONLY leaves paid access and core site functions available.
Waiverlord uses the email tied to checkout for access restoration, purchase confirmation and Season Pass product communication. Transactional email delivery is handled through Waiverlord's email provider.
YOUR CONTROLS
You can reopen Cookie Settings from the footer at any time and switch between essential-only and analytics-enabled operation. For privacy or account-access questions, contact access@waiverlord.com.
THIRD PARTIES
Waiverlord relies on service providers including Stripe for payments, Vercel for hosting and optional analytics/performance measurement, and an email-delivery provider for transactional messages. Their handling of information is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices.
